The b#$@& flat out told me she doesn't like women working for her. I was the only woman working for her...5 men and me. Guess who was the only one she complained about! Red haired nasty!!

Is that no sexist?!? Almost sounds like discrimination to me! And if she is trying to force you out (for no reason) then you may have a legal case against her. But you better gather as much evidence as you can.

CC - as to her analysis ... that may be your opinion but you can't really qualify your beliefs! If I could do that I would say half the people I work with should be in the funny-farm or in prison!
