Working for Nut Job

My boss told me that if I didn't plan my staff meetings one year in advance, through Outlook, that would be insuboridination and grounds for firing.

Simple enough! Just schedule a staff meeting in Outlook and have it recurring and be done with it! The boss didn't say anything about canceling the meetings did he?

It is a a good idea to schedule regular meetings in advance. Your boss may not be so crazy after all.
