The Biggest Liar

I was recently suspended from my job of 7 1/2 years. I have never been suspended or even written up. I have gone above and beyond for this company. They recently brought in a new manager from out of state who is young enough to be my son. This guy from day one has not liked me. He is threatened by my knowledge of the company and it's policies. He tried to get me fired but they suspended me supposedly for one day that has now stretched to 3 days. They are dragging their feet because he has NOTHING on me. They have taken this punks word over mine. He has lied to get where he is and continues to do so. He wouldn't know the truth if it hit him in the face. I can't believe he has snowballed so many of the higher ups. I have begun looking elsewhere for employment because even if they give me my job back they are going to want me to kiss this jerks ass. I truly believe in karma and I know this will come back to bite them all. Dominos Pizza could care less about their employees. The good ones always leave and I guess my time has come to go also. Thanks for letting me vent.

Unfortunately some young kids think they 'deserve' to be the boss and will do ANYTHING to get there. I once had to deal with a 22 year old who managed to crawl his way into management and was extremely arrogant to the point he felt he should even comment on how people kept their work area's in other departments. He eventually self destructed after carrying on an affair with a secretary. I am sure your punk feels threatened, he knows that you have more experience while he can only quote the company manual for his experience.

I think that if you have been suspended from your position for no reason. there should be some kind of recourse you could or should take.do you think it may be a discrimination issue? hang in there. there is always unemployment benifits and this does in a way hurt the employer as they have to pay higher rates for unemployment insurances. good luck I wish you the best

Some bosses, become the devil. I think the younger they are the more likely that they can be brainwashed into treating their workers like crap. See if you can get a job with their competition and drive them out of business.
