Customer Service Representative

I work at a deadbeat company Serwizsol in Milton, FL and it is the worst companies ever to work for. Most of the supervisors are on some crack with their lack of respect for their co-workers and give them any answer to a question so they can go sit the hell down. They have their computers turned away so you can't see if they are on other websites which I seen some of them doing online shopping and we get scolded for doing the same thing. They hire the wrong people for promotions turned me down who has been with the company for two years and picked someone who has been working there for all of six months. They give b.s. excuses for their decision making or lack there of. They treat their new hires with more respect then tenured agents and also pay new hires more money and came up with the most idiotic excuse for paying new hires more that they probably found from "The Book of Bull!" The supervisors seem to not have a high school education.

Boy it sounds like where I work ... and it is with the local Florida government! Are all employers in FL inbred?!? I know that they treat the REAL worker like cr@p and the slackers get off with nothing! But with government you can't fire the slackers! Sorry but I have morals and ethics that I live by - unlike most of the managers and worker there!

Let me see, my oganization has settled out of court for sexual harrassment, fire people for surfing porn, picking up prostitues (and getting busted), demoted for harassment of employees (apparently that is not as bad to get you fired), promoting people because they belong to 'the clique' that are unqualified, etc. - and I won;t get into all the lies that I have been told!

Florida--read right before X-mas that in the last year the food pantry usage had increased by 76% in the past year. I wonder if this doesn't contribute to poor Management in the workplace....

I know this guy, who knows a guy, who knows a guy who lives in Florida. This man can take care of your problems. He is very discreet, if you don't ask questions, he won't ask questions. He is also permanently blind in both eyes.
