DTV AND DISHNETWORK
Posted on 12/20/2007 by If you do not understand your second most importat customer

DTV and dishnetwork are two great companies that are bringing a lot of entertainment to people out there but if they do not watch the companies they are hiring to complete their jobs, they are just another peace of dust in the wind, they will in the future be nothing but another endangered species out there.
Listen my fat executives of DTV AND DISHNETWORK: treating your most important second customer THE TECHNICIANS THAT DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER FACE TO FACE, should be your most important priority. STOP ALL OF THESE COMPANIES FROM EXPLOITING THESE PEOPLE WITH CHEAP PAY, STEALING FROM THEM EVERY DAY AND GET IN THE GAME.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR SECOND MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS: THE TECHNICIANS IN THE FIELD!

Here, here! (sp?) I couldn't agree more. Techs at most companies are treated like dirt or worse. Yet, who do these companies rely on to fix their problems? Absolutely infuriating.

We never call in tech support; we are trying to get that division liquidated. They are over paid, mental midgets who think they know everything under the sun. Most intelligent people I know solve their own technical problems without having to call in the zit squad to save them. It is a dog eat dog world and there very few jobs to go around. By eliminating that division, it would save our company some serious cash to pay the "workers" more money instead of a slave wage. The techies could just keep making their snarky remarks all the way to the unemployment line.

DTV and DISH allowed Circuit City to run up millions in debt to the poor installers then declared bankruptcy... did the DTV and DISH fatcats lose a cent? no way... they all suck, P2P and BitTorrent rules, dnld your own stuff (with NO ads) and f'em all
