multi million$ co no money in bank

I work for a very popular courier service, we pick up and deliver for and from the best stores in Beverly Hills. Why should we have to call the office before we cash our checks to ask is there any money in the bank. I personally have had three payroll checks bounce and even though the company pays all my over draft and NSF fees this very inconvenient.

Ya don't call the office! You call the bank! The office will tell you yes but the bank will know if they have enough to cover. Just give then the Name of the account, the account number, and the amount of the check! And as one last step - I would CASH the check there at THEIR back and not yours!

CK is right! And as for the title of your post--another way to put it is "Big Hat, No Cattle"
