I enjoy my job and have recently been moved up to management but the down side comes in with the fact I have to work the "she-devil"
this manger is the worst person i have ever have to work for. she sits on her but all day long and yells about problems but dose nothing to help fix them. for example the last day I worked with her she added her husband to the schedule (oh yeah he works there to and thats a whole other story ). the day was already over loaded for labor due to a truck order we had to unload, and shake machine cleaning that had to be done. needless to say she was not even in her position meaning someone else had to do this and with the addition of her high paid hubby labor was shot. she marches out of the office like the hand of god descending from the sky and anounces that the labor was to high and we needed to do something about it.
Then she turns around and let a person stay over for some extra hours. now tell me this how dose that help with labor. it dose no good to say anything about her to the higher ups because she is "brown nose certified". what's a girl to do??
