Ok, most of the times a manager is brought up on jobschomb is to get blasted for some ridulous thing that they did. But I have 3 really nice managers where i work and i just think its about time they got some credit. Today i went into collect my paycheck from the front desk and i watched for 15+ minutes as the phone continued to ring off the hook. My manager had to deal with customer after customer.
I am really close with all of my managers and most of the people that i work with. Its almost like a giant 20 person family :)

It's nice to hear that someone has a job they can be proud of. Now, if the rest of us can just find one.

i don't love my job, but its a lot easier when u get along with most of the people you work with.

Word. A significant percentage of job satisfaction comes from the people you work with. When I think back fondly of my previous jobs, it's the people I miss. sniff.
