It refuses to change the burnt out lightbulbs in the washroom for 3 months

They swap out the annual holiday company expensed dinner with a pot luck (employees bring their own food to share) dinner. So not only do you have to stay for dinner after work, you have to cook the night before and bring your own food! Ugh! For that, let us go home to our families and just have nothing!

Agreed, PotLuckParties are the worst. You have to put up a good front and eat food that does not agree with your system. Then some folks take your dinner home.

They repeatedly promise you a bonus if you meet your goals. Then when you meet (and exceeed) your goals they change their tune and give you a song and a dance about how they are putting the money to strengthen reserves and there's no money for bonuses.

they make 40 people drive 3 hours to an offsite meeting and don't approve gas mileage reimbursment for anyone.

...when your company buys 3 pizza's as a Christmas present for 150 people. (Well, actually 4, but the CIO took on of the pizza's into his office and closed the door)

Don't judge(11/09/2005)
asks for the X-mas present to be returned to the office in 5 minutes.
