They swap out the annual holiday company expensed dinner with a pot luck (employees bring their own food to share) dinner. So not only do you have to stay for dinner after work, you have to cook the night before and bring your own food! Ugh! For that, let us go home to our families and just have nothing!

Agreed, PotLuckParties are the worst. You have to put up a good front and eat food that does not agree with your system. Then some folks take your dinner home.

They repeatedly promise you a bonus if you meet your goals. Then when you meet (and exceeed) your goals they change their tune and give you a song and a dance about how they are putting the money to strengthen reserves and there's no money for bonuses.
