Ever think about your company Organization Chart? Ever try to explain one to someone? Well here is an example (no pix - but there is one below as an example).
First close your eyes and think of the Org Chart as a tree filled with monkeys. There are monkeys on every branch - the tree is FULL of monkeys!
Think of the monkey that sits at the very top as the CEO. As he looks down at the tree filled with monkeys he sees them all looking up with smiling monkey faces.
Al the while all the monkeys in the lower branches see nothing but assholes!
