Put a banana peel in someone's drawer. Make it a drawer they don't normally use so they won't notice it till it starts to smell and the army of fruit flies show up. This went over great (with me!) when I did it. If you're really feeling ballsy use fish instead of a banana peel!
As I always say at work "Work ain't fun till the fruit flies show up"...
