UGH! My boss is so gross. He's 38, and such a sexist pig like you will never believe. I'm 15, and working with my two best friends, Abby and Corinne who are 16. The first day of work, I walked into our break room, and they were watching PORN in there. Then a little later, the guy actually came over and started playing with my bra strap, commenting on it's color and saying that it wasn't allowed to show, (Pshhyeah right, and like that gives him latitude to TOUCH me) then just a few days ago I'm getting my lunch from our break room and he turns to me and goes; "I had a sex dream about Abby last night. Actually, all three of you were in it. You were all having an orgy.....Abby has really big boobs...." @.@ EEEEEWWWWWW!!!! He's so gross! I was in ELEMENTARY school when this guy was 33! Eeew eew eew.

Are there witnesses to this? PLEASE pay attention, and handle this as the criminal behavior that it is. Sit down and write up a statement, and get any witnesses you might have to sign it. If no one will sign it, or there are no witnesses, go to a Notary and have them witness your signature, that this is a true statement of events that you would be willing to tetify to in a court of law. THEN, contact this clown's boss, and the Human Resource Department. Don't let them rattle you. Tell them that you have spoken to adults who have advised you to take this step before further action is considered. Make sure to have witnesses, and document the results of the conversation with another notarized statement. NOW, you have grounds for a lawsuit, if they do not take steps immediately to protect you. I am so sorry that this was your introduction to the adult workplace. However, if you handle this correctly, it will be a good learning experience, and a test of your courage. WHAT A JERK! This makes me so mad to read. I am dumbfounded that this jerk had the audacity to speak to you this way. Tell your parents immediately. If I had a daughter, I would want to know if some scumbag was talking to her like this. You should never have to stand for treatment like this. You deserve to be respected. I am outraged.

Tell anyone...even if it is a school counselor. They are at work by now, so you can just show up at your high school and ask to speak with someone. It doesn't matter who you talk to- a favorite teacher, a coach, the nurse, the counselor, anyone. They all have the ability to mediate and get you out of that situation. If you have school resource officers, they'd be the best ones to talk to. Get your friends to collaborate your story. Go talk to someone together. Just make sure you report the prick!

Oh my dear LORD, girl, I have worked for a similar pig! I worked in a shoe store that was liquidating, and I was vacuuming up some of the mess, and he looked at me and said, "Any chance you can come to my apartment and do that in a G-string?" He joked at it, but I could tell he was still half-serious. EEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! The look I gave him was enough to tell him he'd better not ever say anything like that to me again.
