The Cow has been rounded up!

AND SLAPPED DOWN!!!! Mwah-HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Woo-hooooooo!!!!!
Hey guys, just wanted to give you an update on the evil cow and her stampede parades! On the advice of my business-savvy father-in-law, I wrote a grievance letter to Dr. Senior Partner when the Cow was behaving herself and there was no drama going on. Untrustworthy Office manager had talked to the Cow and told her to behave, but I didn't think it was enough, since she said she "keeps having to". And, since Dr. Witness approached her in front of me and asked her if she'd talked to Dr. Senior Partner, I decided I should definitely say something. Soooo... Over the course of two weeks, I formulated a really good letter, and emailed it to the Big Boss Man.
Now, as you guys know, the Cow loves to make one of my sensitive co-workers cry (and I've learned that's their only history--the cow making sensitive lady go home early to cry). It's evil, evil, EVIL! Anyone else would know better. So, I felt no guilt in writing that letter! Luckily for me and everyone else, Dr. Senior Partner is a fair (if harsh) person, and has a well-developed sense of right and wrong. The day after he got my letter, he told me that he had handled the cow and that I would have nothing more to worry about! (he also complimented the way it was written--bonus points!!!!) So, after the dust had settled, I went ahead and told Ms. Sensitive Lady about the letter. Since then, I have never seen her so animated and relaxed and HAPPY!!!! I've pretty much kept it a secret from everyone else except Ms. Sensitive and Ms. X-ray tech (who is also a decent and sensible human being). Ms. X-ray approached me and said she was proud of me for doing that and that I've done everyone a favor. I really hope so! They called me a hero! Wheeee!!!! What's even more interesting is that the cow has been kissing all over my ass ever since (I hate ass-kissers, but it's better than the alternative!) However, alas.... I have to keep it to myself! No bragging rights for me! That could spell trouble later! So, I'm telling YOU GUYS!!!! YOu won't tell anyone, will you?

What a b...h, making a fellow worker cry, must have made her day to feel that powerful. Good for you, you did the right thing but don't know if I would have told my co-workers. Remember what everybody in the medical field knows, CYA (cover your a..) in case the cow turns on you in the future. They usually do.

Read my previous stories. I've had plenty of turns with the Evil Cow myself! She goes rounds with everyone in the office, at any given time (except the doctors, whose behinds she gracelessly presses her nose into). My encounters with her are what compelled me to write the letter in the first place! If there is one thing I'm not paid enough to be, it's a DOORMAT! I wasn't just doing this for my sensitive kindred co-worker---I was doing this for ME too! BTW, I can trust these two, since they know how to be discreet at work. Ms. X-ray is a total professional (and has demonstrated that repeatedly in front of me), and Ms. Sensitive is just a fragile soul with lots of love to give. If there is one thing she values, it's her relationships with people ^_^. I've never met anyone like this bunch!

Good for you! Way to stick up for your fellow employee. Though by telling a few folks you may have already let the cat out of the bag. But no worries, if word gets around, she will know she can't mess with you...=)
