My boss watches the parking lot for me in the morning, waiting for me to drive up. He then waits for me in the stairwell in the morning. When I enter the stairwell, he pretends that he is going downstairs for a meeting.
He also walks by my desk 45 times a day looking to see what I'm doing. Once I caught him peeking over the top of the cube at my screen. So I got up and walked past him. He was pretending to read a dictionary.
