Ok so in my earlier post I replied that I was awarded unemployment. Well its been about a month now since my last post and what should I receive in the mail today? A letter appealing the decision! MY EMPLOYER IS FIGHTING IT! I am sooo pissed. She out that I had 2 previous "write ups" about this issue and blah blah more lies. So we have a hearing in about a week, its kind of a trial to decide if they will win the appeal. But I still feel fabulous because what the B*h doesn't know is that I have copies of the paperwork that shows shes the one who messed up and not me! I also kept copies of the malicious e-mails she was sending about me! I do have to send copies of my "evidence" to the other party before the hearing so "both parties can be prepared" . What-ever though because she doesn't know that I made copies of HER mistakes that she blamed on me.

Good for you! EVERYBody, hang on to every scrap of paper and every e-mail. You never know. One of my last employers lied about my exit date and fought hard. They did not pay their share into the state fund and did not want to. This outhouse....errr outfit has at least 10,000 employees, maybe more.
