I was recently terminated after going on 6 years, from the boss from HELL. I tried to help a complaining customer, and directed them to a Corporate Brochure "How are we Doing" for their complaint. It goes to corporate, because the Head Manager was trashing the store, he was abusive to employees, verbably and physically. Our useless HR mgr called corporate HR to come in and investigate. They took their sweet old time and let the man run the store with numerous complaints by employees.
The piece of ***T Manager was already on final notice, by corporate and I was a threat to him, so he trumped up Bull***T charges and I was fired.
The HR mgr is a usless snake too, the only reason she called corporate was to cover her sorry a$$. She steals company time constantly taking off when the boss wasen't there. She also doesn't know her job, she's out for herself and not the employees.
Well the only satisfaction I got was 2 weeks later , the District and HR came in and "FIRED" the Head Manager!!!!!!!!! The piece of crap deserved it, and I hope he ROTS in HELL!
Also in life, I've learned what goes around , comes around, the HR will get hers too. Not to mention the Rat who eased dropped on me, and got me fired, but was stealing my sales and wanted my job.
Their day will come, by their owns ruthless means.
