I won too, so what...

A previous employer covertly closed down the local office one weekend, failing to give the employeees any notice or indication as to their employment status. He then fought any UI claims saying the employees stole all the equipment (the very same that he, his dad and stepson removed themselves.) That tidbit surfaced during the hearings, though we all knew he did it.
This same individual also failed to pay the employees their due wages, some for as long as one year. He kept promising to pay and to weather the rough times, but it was all a ruse. Especially when he is seen buying jewelry at a local shop for his 'girls'. Of course, we all won our cases with the labor commission. But then we had to go to Superior Court to get judgements since he refused to pay the wages as ordered. Now it had to go to the IRS, cuz he refused to pay. He could be in jail for numerous charges.
Words of advice, don't work for, nor use the services of, Arrakis Professional Services owned by Joseph Broussard Whip. He is a shyster.
