The Dunkin Donuts post made me think of another shocking thing I read a few months ago. The article asked "Do You Have A Work Wife", it seemed to infer that it was OK to have a work wife! Is big corporate trying to make work so fun that we can say work is just like home?

Yeah, I think I've seen that one or something similar! ARGH! There's a company out where I live that offers a running track, free drinks and very discounted food, showers...all making it so you feel like work is home.

LOTS of the attorneys at the firm have a "work wife"...they call them secretaries first, then later they are called the "new wife".

You must have missed the Dilbert where Catbert tells the Pointy-Haired Idiot that medical insurance costs are rising too much. Catbert's solution is to get the employees to marry each other, thus reducing claims costs. I hope that Dunkin Donuts add was a typo... :)

Okay. I just re-read the post and noticed my boo-boo about the "ad". My apologies...

Tawanda! Quit proof-reading your own posts, you are OFF THE CLOCK! No one here is double checking your grammar, we leave that to the administrators...
