I'm bringing back this story to the forefront because I consider it very relevant. So I just copied, pasted, and edited some of the comments made before. Believe me, this is not just a TRUE story but a scary one that need to be read for every college administrators out there.
Some administrators are just a disgrace for the profession. That’s the case of Dr. K and Dr. E, President and Vice President of Morton College respectively.
The two are a bad cartoon of what community college leaders should be. Let alone the fact the they do not know what they are doing (especially Dr. E who does not have any idea of anything) these two clowns feel too bad in their own skin that simply cannot see you directly to your eyes. They are the best example of lack of knowledge, dirty politics, and discrimination I have ever witnessed. They badmouth and make fun of their employees and colleagues around the state exposing them and taking advantage of "their mistakes" so Dr. K and Dr. E can "shine more."
Dr. K and Dr. E are jeopardizing Morton College accreditation due to their lack of knowledge in assessment, planning, and communication. Last year, Morton was put ON NOTICE thanks to these two dumb, pseudo administrators. Ever since, they started a strong campaign against the NCA visitation team calling them "stupid, ignorant, unethical, unprofessional, and unprepared." characteristics that they both have. As far a we, the rest of the administration at the College, are concerned the NCA visitation team was compose of highly qualified and respectful individuals including two College Presidents and other high level administrators.
These two guys (k & E) are disserviceing low-income, first generation students that are extremely confused by the administrators' terrorist tactics to eliminate staff, administrators, and faculty since they stepped in. As of today, the college is working dangerously with a VERY THIN structure that is affecting the quality of education delivered to the student body.
Shame on them and shame on the MC Board that is enabling them to act. It is obvious that both parties are getting a lot more of what they bargaining for ($$$). They are real white collar criminals misusing and steeling taxes from the community; something that Cicero Illinois is use to since Al Capone era (FYI… Cicero was Al Capone’s headquarters). They just landed in the right place at the right time, but it is the wrong time for all in-need students that are suffering from unethical tactics of two pseudo-administrators.

I want to throw up, but on top of Mr. K. and Mr. E. You should denounce them to the police. They should be ashamed

K. used to spout off about "transforming" the college for the benefit of hispanic students. HA! Insiders claim he doesn't give a rat's A** about hispanics. It's all about his own agenda. He spends, spends, spends and then goes looking to see who else he can fire and how he can charge the students more.
