" City Snobs "

Where I work is a family-owned business, and the family is a bunch of snobs from the city. All they do all day is put us country folk down, and talk about how " in the city", things are so much better, and the people are so much smarter. All the boss does is complain that there is not enough money! The sales guys are bringing in much more than we ever have, and its still not enough! So, when the boss is feeling "broke", he takes it out on me, by imposing stupid rules, and zeroing in on little things like TP! He all of a sudden thinks we waste too much TP!!!
If there was a bad-boss contest, I'd put mine up against anyone's! But, I have found a secret way to get past him: Kiss His A$$!!! If you tell him how good he looks, and how nice his BMW looks with him in it, he melts! Also, agree with him no matter what! If he thinks he's in control, you have nothing to worry about. My boss is one you can play like a record.

Better yet...buy a gross of the cheapest, lousiest, sand-paperiest (word?), low end of the line t.p and set it on his desk as you slam the door to his office on the way to your new job.

I'm from the country and I totally see how city folk put country folk down. Let me tell you, if I could live in the country and still have my job - I would! I'm from Michigan, and I love trees and the fact that shopping malls are 4 hours away... If the city is so great, why doesn't your boss just go back to the city and see how cool his stupid BMW is then!!!!

Sounds like the boss fancies himself a yuppie. If that's not bad enough, he loves to degrade people under him. My own boss likes doing that, but could never qualify for the yuppie stereotype. He is obese. Nothing looks worse than an obese bodyshaved chimpanzee posing as an Italian. I live in an area that's infested with yuppies. I think I could get along with Arabs better than those scum. (and that's not saying much)

Do us all a favor and tell us where you work. I will go in there with an 18 roll TP pack from Costco and ask for the manager. He sounds like a complete tool.
