Put two ketchup packets under the toilet seat. make sure the packets are directly under the little legs that keep the seat horizantal. when the victim sits down they will get a nice surprise.
Another plumbers prank is to remove the cover from the toilet tank, Remove the supply hose and place it flush with the lid facing forward. Replace the cover. The next time someone flushes the water will come out from the hose and spray the victim.
