He is not the spawn of Satan he IS Satan. No one could be that evil. His former employees have to form a support group for the hell we went through. He hires sales people and then when they sell he freaks out. He then sends out an email saying that he cannot make payroll because of the sale you made. He calls you from wherever he is to ask you if you need help and when you ask a question he yells at you and always says for all to hear "That's why I pay you the big bucks! I am the owner you were hired for this!". What the hell? He will have a meeting with you for hours just to tell you how lucky you are to work here and how smart he is. He also picks his nose or underarms while he is doing this. He chooses to yell at you in the hallway in front of everyone! He once invited me to dinner when I was a new hire and proceded to make out, yes make out, with his Russian mail order bride, 20 years his jr, in front of me over and over again during dinner. Then goes on loudly for others to hear how he is proud to have a young wife, who wears Prada glasses and Gucci and how rich he is. All of his employees have walked out with hatred and he overpays everyone but still cannot keep anyone. All will walk away to make less money to get away from him. We all talk and years later still hate him. He even chased his wife out of the building screaming at her for loosing a sale. Everyone had to email him confermation of what he told us to do because he would deny telling to do it. You had to save your email so that you could pull it up later to prove that he told you to do it. Then you are on his @#$! list. One employee sued him when he left and two started rival companies. I sent an email telling everyone of his lies. He told everyone that he had a vasectomy, eww who wants to know that! But he told his wife he was taking pills to reverse it and she believed him. How funny! He is pure evil.

This guy is an idiot. I'd run for the exits if I were you. OR, better yet, get on his good side by stroking that gigantic ego he's sporting, then ask for a huge raise. After he gives it to you, start to verbally abuse him and remind HIM that you are the best thing that ever happened to his lame little company. Once you have him convinced of all this, then ask to be made 50% partner. Continue to brate him until he does your bidding. Once you are made partner, buy him out with all the money you've saved from your huge raise, send him and his trashy wife on a cruise around the world and start running the company the way YOU think it should be run.

that's dreamland. why would you want to be %50 partner with a nut like this guy? You are who you associate with.

Siggy, you have to have at least 50% to take buy out your boss and take over the company...
