well here it is. i work at a daycare center where the boss treats the employess like children. she never gives positive feedback, she writes weekly letters that begin *I am very dissapointed*, *I will not ...* and many more to boot. When the slightest change occurs in the schedule she goes into a manic outrage,throwing telphones, breaking t.v., cursing yelling and screaming. she also discusses personal employee information with other employees and parents. Recently there was a certain job postion open in the center, instead of following routine procedure she gave the job to her favorite employess, this happened twice in the matter of one year.
i am sure as you read this you think why has no one ever reported her. many people are afraid that if they report her they will loose their job, and be treated unfairly.

Did you mean "Spawn of Satan"? BTW, my boss was such an egomaniac she thought the proper way to change a lightbulb was for her to hold the light while the world revolved around her.

yeah I was thinking that too. I thought maybe the lady she works for is the cousin of my boss, "The Spawn of Spandex".

....and she should be reported to several state agencies. Throwing and cursing, she definitely is not safe around kids. Wait till you have another job, then leave an anonymous tip at the right place. Child care centers always cut corners or commit other reportable sins.

WHY in the world would you be worried about losing your job if you worked for this psycho? I'd try to get my self fired if I were you, that way, you'd collect UI and probably end up with a better job.
