I recently found out that my boss was giving my daughter money while she has been a run away. i confronted him and now he has been over working me. he makes me do three times as much work as my coworkers he will not talk to me at all and if i ask a question he says how the hell am i supose to know. it makes me feel like i'am about three inches tall. and i feel like i'am being treated like a freek no one will talk to me because they think they will get fired if they say anything to me. what can i do about this.

First and foremost contact your local police department. If your daughter is a minor and your boss knows where she is, hasn't informed you of her location, and is aiding her financially, he could be committing a serious crime. Try this and keep us informed.

agreed on bringing in the authorities. Could your daughter perhaps be living with him? One more note: you must get yourself out of this situation and the negative environment you are submersed it right now. It's only going to tear you apart. Take back control and kiss these people goodbye. Good luck, I wish you the best.

Is this for real? Looks too bizarre to be true. Tear Down Tech let me know if you are joking. And Cnube it's amazing what you will accept and respond to, as long as the person did not get contaminated, poisoned and hurt on the job.

Dontjudge, just exercising my 1st amendment rights. By the way, I've researched this so called "Poisoning". I beleive this person is a fraud.

why wouldn't it be serious? Hurt worker, you have to stand up forself and pull yourself out of this mess. With few exceptions, people can only have as much control over you as you give them.

Why in the world would your boss give your daughter money without consulting you? Your boss really stepped over the line, get the authorities involved. There must be more to this story...
