My boss is so anal. She’s not just the boss but the OWNER! OK here goes: She must not like my
hand writing cuz everything I write gets white out or erased and rewritten (not only by
her, my writings not bad!) And she has a little cronie spy who tells her what everyone is
doing wrong. Then she writes her secret angry notes down in her notebook and hides it (not
very well though!) She claims to be all about "The communication" but she is so passive
aggressive she won’t confront people -she'll just let it build up till she explodes about
something stupid. Once I didn’t fill out a form correctly- a stupid time off request- and I
got it back with a huge paragraph written in cap letters, highlighted telling me I didn’t do
it right! Whoa OMG freak out! Or this other time I supposedly didn’t do something there was a
note the next morning informing everyone "whoever does this shift, make sure u do
everything!" yeah OBVIOUSLY that was directed at me. GRR! I confronted her "what did I NOT
do???" we got it sorted out but I looked in her stupid notebook and she didn’t write down
that we fixed it. And she also has the motto of "do as I say not as I do" and expects us to
read her mind as she changes things every week. She has stupid shifts, the worst one is 6:15
AM to 8:15 AM -at least make it worth my time to wake up that early! AND (wow she really
makes me angry) we work in an animal related field and she "doesn’t usually hire animal
people"! Omg yes, her reason is because they are "know-it alls" well, she doesn’t like that
cuz she’s a know-it all! I know she has a business to run and she’s the boss so her word is go
but AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I put these things in the wrong spot today and she yelled at me 3 (yes
3!!) times about it saying I wasted her valuable time, and all I kept thinking while I was
getting chewed out was "you could have said "here- not there" and it would be over so YOUR
wasting YOUR own time by yelling at me 3 times!!" I can’t roll my eyes big enough to describe
what i'm feeling. oh yeah, and my co-workers SUCK too!

Sounds like she's an animal herself, needs to be put in a cage. If you wait long enough, she'll probably have a nervous breakdown and leave the company. If you like the job, stay, if not I'd leave. Life's too short. Your health isn't worth it.
