i work at a law firm and there is just one other secretary who has been there longer and a receptionist. not only do i get paid less, i have a much harder desk because i work for two partners and one associate and she only works for one partner and two associates. whenever her boss is not there she comes in late, takes long lunches and leaves early and manages to get overtime for what i don't know. i getting definitely disgruntled and so is the receptionist. the bad thing about it is who are we going to tell because she has all the partners fooled. they are think she is the greatest. to top it off, she is younger than me and i have more experience than here. i am at my wits end with this situation.

i'll put this in caps so it stands out...SHE'S HAVING SEX WITH HER BOSS. YOUR JOB IS TO DO THE WORK SHE SHOULD BE DOING. THE UNEXPLAINED OVERTIME PAY IS HUSH MONEY. it's a sad old game these folks are playing. it's equally sad that they think it still fools everybody.

well, lets see, she's younger... and paid more... are you sure you're the "more experienced" one?
