So I went to see HR
even With their "No American Need Apply."
Some do count it a misfortune
to be in IT now,
But I continue to program in stride
dating back to my TRS-80 cassette-harddrive.
I started out to find the office,
I got there mighty soon;
There I found Mr. Republican HR seated,
He was reading the Tribune.
I told him what I came for,
When he in a rage did fly,
"No!" he says, "You are a Yankee,
And no American need apply."
Then I gets blood pressure risin'
And I'd like to black his republican eye
To tell an American
"No American Need Apply."

And gave him such a welting

Well he made a big apology,
I told him then goodbye,
Saying, "When next you want a beating,
Write 'H1-B Visa only,No American Need Apply.' "
