I am in my 40s and work as a server in a restaurant. Well in my last job, I ended up working for the person who bullied me when we were in high school. He was still the same mean bully and quite often harassed me and scolded me and never grew up in my opinion. Anyway, he was expanding into other restaurants and brought his inexperienced daughter to manage this one.
I suppose she was following in her fathers footsteps and had no respect for people either and bullied just like her father. She was only in high school and was a screaming tyrant and was very intimidating too.
One day screamed at me when the restaurant was packed because she thought I moved too slow and received complaints from some customers. I got so nervous and upset that I dropped an entire platter of food. I suppose she found an opportunity to impress her father. When she saw this, she said "you're fired" in front of not only the patrons who complained about me but the entire restaurant. It was upsetting and embarrassing at the same time.
It was embarrassing but a relief to get away from these tyrannical people finally.

I suggest, since at that point, you've nothing to lose, Let both of them have it with both barrels.

Do you want to get even? You can always make an anonymous phone call to the Board of Health or an E-mail, saying that you're an ex-employee and that you have seen roaches in the cooking area and in the restaurant. You can also say that this witch who fired you sneezed accidentally in someone's food or dropped it on the floor in the cooking area and still served it to the customer(s). You can always have the Board of Health take a closer look at them...

The board of health move sounds fun but it would turn into a "disgruntled ex-employee" scenario. Sooner or later, the way they treat people will catch up with these two and the restaurant will close.

I hope you can move on and never allow yourself to be intimidated by a mean high schooler again.

Please don't take this as a criticism; it isn't. Sometimes when a pattern recurs in our lives, it means we have a lesson to learn that we haven't learned yet. I was struck by how it wasn't just a pattern of behavior in your case, but even the exact same bully, and then his daughter! So if I were you, I would be asking God, Spirit, or whatever, is there a lesson for me about dealing with bullies? Am I a bully in any part of my life? Or am I still holding resentment about being bullied in childhood, maybe even by a parent? I'd rather become aware of whatever the lesson is than have the pattern recur.
