How stupid can you get??

We are moving our company and my boss was told to look for a new location. He started looking at locations 45 mins from the current location because the taxes would be cheaper. However, all of the employees would not consider, nor be able to get to the area he is considering.

Then he held meetings with the employees to tell them what he is considering. So, now half of the employees are looking for other employment and the other half has job offers.

He told his staff that rumor are circulating about moving the company to the location that he discussed with the employees and he is wondering who started the rumors.

Stop the madness please!

Surprise, surprise. A boss that changes his tune as soon as things start to go sour. Good luck!
