Have you ever noticed that Management never outsources managers?
I have a clueless manager being paid a six figure salary who would LOVE to outsource the group in order to show a cost savings in order to get a big raise.
I bet we could find someone in India to do her job for 1/5 the cost....
Heck, lets outsource the CEO's who loot companies!
