Admittedly this prank is mean...but might be a good idea if you have a really difficult or bad boss you want to get rid of. Wait till they have a word document or e-mail they are composing left open on their screen. When they walk away, somewhere in the middle of the document type the word f*ck or some other nasty word. Or, if you want to be less vulgar, even a phrase will do, like "I eat my own snot" or something. Imagine the surprise when the recipient reads that! Try having your jerk of a boss explain how THAT got in there!
Just make sure nobody sees you! Oh and make sure whatever you put in passes spell check!

That's pretty mean, Spencer. But I guess if you have a really bad boss, desperate times call for desperate measures...

A female co-worker sat down at our manager's desk when he had walked away from his PC without closing it down, opened up his email and sent a wonderful missive to every manager in the company apologizing for being a male chauvinist pig and that he was in therapy for this disorder and wanted to extend his heartfelt apologies to anyone and everyone whom he had offended at any time with his attitude or language, requesting also that if he ever so slightly stepped out of line in the future that every one had permission to correct him on the spot. Okay, all the women thought it was funny.
