One of my very favorites. I work for a telecommunications company and we get dispatched to numerous locations so I am always coming across new people and new phones. My favorite thing to do is get a hold of someone's phone (easier than you think it is...there are tons of excuses to "see", "test" or "borrow" a phone). Once you get a hold of it, act like you are dialing and quickly change the home page banner custom text to say "NO SERVICE" or "ROAMING" or something like that. Then just hand them back the phone and say "thanks". Usually, they just put the phone right back on the belt and they never notice what you've just done till they need to use the phone. If they're smart, they'll still try to use the phone anyway and see it works...if they're not so smart..you're in luck! They'll spend hours on the phone with support trying to figure out how to get their phone back in service! BAH HA HA HA HA!
