My boss has mastered the art of changing his story. He is famous for cutting other people down in meetings in an attempt to flaunt his knowledge of topics he rarely knows anything about. The problem is no one ever calls him on it, except the big boss. On rare occasion when the big boss is in a meeting with us, our boss will do his thing, spouting off and interrupting, but when the big boss chimes in and calls him on his bulls%$#, he immediately changes tune and says "Yes, that is what I mean". Instantly he morphs into a yes man. He must be oblivious to the fact that we all notice it, along with the big boss (ceo). What a weanie!
