I am reminded of a Lieutenant that used to come by my dad's kitchen during WWII (my dad was a mess sargeant).
The guy always came in and picked over the food as it was being prepared. My dad got even by cutting bar soap up into nice little squares, covering them with chocolate, and placing them out on a serving tray, at the usual time the guy came in. Needless to say the guy stopped coming around after that.
A second incident involved lacing some chicken with red pepper and placing it out (all kitchen personnel were aware of the prank) with a signed labeled "Paprika Chicken")...;-)
