He never really cared for rules. He claims that he thinks outside the box but I think he just wants things his own ways and rules of the company are just guidelines. He doesnt care how much work you have, he thinks you can do it all becuase he thinks he can do it all.
I am also a boss and I am hating what he makes me do. I dont think that my staff are a bunch of robots that will do what ever you tell them without complaint.
I think he is the worst kind because he just cares about him self.
