I have a PA boss from hell. Everytime I do something positive and well, he will turn on me and attack me for stupid minor petty things. The really wierd kicker is that he teaches male batterers about power and control. He isn't logical and will make rediculous demands that don't make sense, He sabotages my efforts to increase business, write grants, etc. HELP I"M GOING CRAZY!! I have to meet with him this morning. HELP!

You are getting bullied, probably for the first time in your career. The reason he shoots you down when you do well is that he's afraid of your abilities and will do and say anything do hide his inadequacies. The "helping" progfessions such as yours are filled with bullies like this-they desire to control those who are already in a weakened state, and even those who are trying to help them. Without even knowing, it's a safe bet that your meeting with him was nothing more than a planned humiliation or even an attempt to get you to quit or to write you up. Please go to kickbully.com for more on how to deal with this jerk and keep us all posted! COURAGE!! His behaviior is hurtful to many, but most especially to himself...
