For past 2years, we had a baldheaded general manager who was such a micro-managing idiot that consistently created an atmosphere of discontent, distrust, and consistently lied to all people in the facility. He was a big man and walked around managing by intimidation. This one story is one of many that I will start sharing since I found this site. We, over the past 2years lost several people from the local management team including two managers. This idiot is running around asking everyone what the problem is and why everyone is leaving, whenever anyone would speak up he would yell at him or her. He would then come up on his own with brainstorms to improve morale not knowing he was the source of the problem. He and his little nose up the butt administrative assistant have completely ruined one of the best facilities for the company. A year ago he terminated an assistant manager for not doing their job, when in fact this person was doing his job and failed to complete a report that he was responsible for because he was too busy sitting in his office with his administrative assistant with the door closed looking on the internet and laughing. Then last month another manager was terminated although he told everyone that the manager quit. Another lie, as that manager is sitting home looking for work. This manager has allowed 13 members of the management team to fail due to his lack of management skills, and he is still here and employed and his HR assistant is running around telling all the employees all the little details of why everyone is leaving, he is even too stupid to fix that problem. Eventually one of these people is going to file a lawsuit and may be then the company will wakeup and see what is really going on. Unfortunately, several very good hard working people are no longer working at what use to be good company. More stories coming soon.

Wow. Take away the bald-headedness and the maleness, and you have...my BIMBO MANAGER! It is such a shame when one stupid idiot of a person can ruin a good company. I am so sorry.

Sounds like a problem that a MI gun organization has...coincidence...ah, the similarities! It's a shame that good organizations are destroyed at the hands of incompetent,egotistical control freaks!

Sorry to hear about your situation. I worked at a company that brought in an "outside" guy as the new manager. You can bet heads started to roll after he got settled. And guess who replaced the recent layed off employees? His cronies from his last job (a consulting firm). He built up a nice little army of incompetence and the company has been spiraling downward ever since.
