I work at a prominent medical supply company and I have to say I wish all the customers good luck who deals with our company because its going to be a mess come a week from now. Our brillant bosses at Patterson Medical decided to change customer service around,boy are they in for a surprise. Lol! Half of everyone doesnt know how to do returns or edi or sales. I want to know whose big idea this was? Hey do us a favor lay us off so we can find a job cause its not going to work your way, Were miserable and it stinks. Heres a better idea move the office to Mt Joy.
