What type of food shouldn't be allowed at your desk?

I've been around coworkers who eat fish, tuna fish, Chinese food, Mexican food, and other strong-smelling things right in their cubicles. Doesn't bother me, but I've seen others complain.

What foods would you not allow to be eaten in the office?

Chinese food tends to smell like a bathroom when it's reheated, so I guess that would probably bother me. Although in my last job, when poeple stayed late, we could order food on the company, and the menu of choice was usually Chinese food. Imagine--a bunch of people, at work til 9 p.m., all eating Chinese food at their desks. *shudder*

Hot dishes with onions or garlic and Lean Cuisine. Everyone thinks their home cooking smells good...think again. The people in the cubes around you do not really care to smell like your heated up leftovers.

If I wanted to smell food I would work in a restaurant.

Burnt popcorn. It stinks up the entire office in about 5 minutes. And last for about an hour.
