I am happy to say that this is going to be a real experiece for us. I work for a division of Patterson dental companies and there trying to change the way we do things. First they are laying everyone off in the warehouse and closing it or should I say moving it to Pa to make things run efficient. Give me a break,they run good here but nooo lets save money.Now there turning customer service into zip code land.Breaking up people into groups and making them do everything for that zip code area. But its a trial run before they give everyone there pink slip and say bye bye. New rules on time cards if u punch in one minute late were docked 15 minutes,from lunch which is a half hr were docked 45 minutes. Come on get real. And that crazy so called human resources queen still does not come back even to say hi,she still sits in her office collecting her big bucks and watches as the peasants walk by her office without saying a word. I would like to say hey wheres our new president why dont u stop by and say hi to us for once instead of hiding in your office collecting the big bucks just like all corporate guys do. I think it would be better just to give everyone there pink slip and move the entire company out to Pa with the warehouse that way no one is aggravated and the coporate company can deal with there own thing
