"Motley Crew"-the searsing truth

I would like to share with you the perspective I have of the "associates" (I use the term loosley) that inhabit our main office. You think that C.R. stands for "customer relations"..NOT HERE. I think that it stands for CRAPPY RESPONSE. There is a definite lack of communication skills and tact in that department. Technician Managers...HAH! I've seen better management skills at a low end fast food joint. MANAGE: transitive and intransitive verb: to have charge of and be resonsible for the "efficient operation" of business, department, etc. Efficient operation also invloves PERSONNEL. Listening to people and taking action on their concerns will not only improve moral, but improve efficency. DUUUUHHHHHHH. Routing: SUPPOSED to be literate and understand mapping...DON'T THINK SO. Driving, on the phone to a router "No, dear, I can't make it to Albany from Queens in 15 minutes." Most of the routers are so green that they're still wearing Huggies. Three words to Technicians..."QUIT YOUR SNIVEL'N". If you don't want to work an 8 hour day then give the job to someone who does.
