Those cutups at the airplane factory have informed me that all of my personal information has been compromised due to a laptop being stolen.....but they are "sorry". Still just Joshin' around after 2 years!

I worked at a company where a very similar thing happened...someone stole HR data. The company at least did a cool thing and bought us all credit monitoring memberships where we could check our credit scores all year for free and it would e-mail us anytime anything was added to our credit report or someone did a credit inquiry. I thought it was the least they could do and it was cool. Luckily nobody had any fraudulent activity as a result. I would think you could sue the company if something happened to your credit as a result of them leaking your personal info. From reading your other posts...I bet you are saying "good riddance!"
