All jobs, careers or positions have meetings where the employees may sit with the "team leader," the "supervisor,"
or the "plant manager", or whatever person who is in charge of management employee relations.
Now this is just an observation: No matter how much bosses or companies say they want input or ideas, or what an employees concerns are, management and bosses (no personal slight intended because it is the nature of such) for the most part cannot be trusted because it is they way they are because of the position of power.
And companies are always trying to give the impression that they want things from the bottom up, but this is a complete illusion or if the employee believes it a delusion.
