Yesterday, as I was sitting at my computer, looking through a document, a woman who works in the next department, but could see through the door, saw that my hands weren't typing on the keyboard. She looked right at me with a mean look on her face and coughed, like I was doing something wrong -- trying to bully me, you know; like, I should jump at her command or something. So I continued doing my work, and said out loud so that she could hear, "Oh, get off of it, Peggy. I'm allowed to breathe. You're not my boss. Get off of your high horse." Peggy said nothing else.
At lunchtime, I walked through her department and went upstairs to get my lunch -- others were gathering around. I guess they figured there was going to be a big explosion or something, as if I was going to provide some entertainment for them. Anyway, I hear Peggy saying, "She's afraid. She went upstairs," which I do every day at the same exact time.
I got my lunch from the refrigerator and walked back downstairs to go outside, my normal routine. I walked right passed her desk, and all she could do was give me a sickly sweet smile and say, "Hi." I smiled and said "Hi" back to her. I didn't fight with her and just ignored her.
Today is Friday. Guess who decided to take the day off from work? Peggy. She was out taking a temper tantrum somewhere. She's like that. The slightest little disagreement with someone or if something doesn't go exactly right in her world, she has to take a day off. She can't deal with things -- how immature!
Now I ask you: Who was the one who was really afraid here, her (who didn't even show up for her job today) or me, who went to work like nothing ever happened?
I can't believe she thinks that she's worth me fighting with and putting my own job in jeapordy.
Get a clue, you baby, and show up for your job when you're supposed to be there, instead of running, hiding and pouting.
I did nothing but say my piece and carry on as usual. This is the weakest bully I've ever dealt with, pathetic.

Document. Relay to those in charge, especially when she's in the process of doing this to someone else. Note that she takes time off afterward. Ask if your company can afford this.
