I was looking and the What's new features of Camtasia Studio v3 and noticed that they are using Zurich Insurance as their customer for demonstration purposes. The irony here, and the humor, is that Zurich Insurance outsourced all of it's IT to CSC, and as shown in the demo, explains what happens to a company when employee attitude begins to fall.
