I was just wondering how many bosses, managers and/or manager-types really appreciate the little birds in the workplace that whisper into their ears. So many people feel that they can advance their careers this way.
Do you ever get tired of people like that, or do you trust their words as gospel? (Remember gossip is just gossip, especially when you're only hearing one side of a story. You can believe anything you want to then. That's what makes gossip so great.)
Therefore, is it wise for an employee to whisper into their boss' ear, or is it playing Russian roulette with their careers?
