Go Away!

Ever had this one happen? You FINALLY get rid of an impossible coworker only to have them keep returning for visits? In smaller companies, where security doesn't exist and the owner/manager is eager to avoid trouble, this can happen! This one constantly tried to get others in trouble, did as little work a possible, sexed up owner, manager, clients, etc., etc. When a new owner took over, her position was eliminated. After wringing as much final agony as she could during her departure, she left. But guess what? Within two weeks, she was back for little "visits", purportedly to chat, stay in touch, provide advice (too bad those qualities weren't in evidence while she was working for us!) We approached the manager (whom she had previously slept with) and he did nothing. One day we found her accessing a computer with revenue data and told her the police were being summoned. I'ts amazing what folks like these try to get away with. It ended for good when she moved from the area. P.S. Until that day, she would frequently walk in front of our building making faces, only leaving when she saw us picking up the phone to call the authorities!!
