Whaco Cube-mate

The guy in the ajoining cube, is well... a control freak. Fine. Except that he spends his day checking on each and every family member in his house LOUDLY by phone. His wife, his kids, his mom.. etc. The questions are endless. Where are you now, when did you get there, when did you leave the house? Where is Bill? How come you didn't answer the cellphone? I called the house and you didn't answer the phone. He calls his fiance 4-5 times a day at her job (at a busy doctors office). She's gonna lose that job mack. When he isn't doing that, he's checking with his lawyer to see if there are any loopholes in his will that he should be made aware of. (He's getting married to the girlfriend soon and doesn't want her to get his money if sometihng happens to him.) Her kids are not permitted to pick up the house phone. He berates them terribly. He is loudly planning his upcoming wedding during business hours. He constantly clicks his pen in between phone calls, because his whacked-out mind must be reeling with images of what his girlfriend is doing while he is at work. For God sakes man... get some help! And cancel that wedding!

Man, if any of his family members ever turn up missing turn him in!

Stay on his good side. He'd make a terrible (potentially dangerous) enemy. I've seen that type before. I'm sure he bugs out when he cannot reach his family by phone. Good Luck

Don't wait! (see "I Know What My Problem Is" post). Document, report, ask to be moved away from him. HE COULD GO POSTAL AT ANY TIME! It's one small step from being upset because he can't reach his girlfriend, to accusing you or others of causing it!! If your boss won't help, the police will!!!

Danger Zone(08/16/2005)
Please listen to me. You and your co-workers are in potentially grave danger. When his girlfriend or one of her kids flips him the bird or snaps at him on the phone, be prepared to run! Someday he may hurt someone. Notify your HR dept and alert them to your concerns. Avoid eye contact. Be alert. Good luck!

Yeesh! Run for the hills man! This guy is a nutt! I pity the girl marrying him, he is a control FREAK who will soon not let her go the restroom without permission! It's a matter of time before he has a break down.

is it just me or does it seem like there is one of these at every office!

At least it sounds somewhat entertaining to break up the day...But honestly it would piss me off that he was just getting paid to sit and plan his wedding.
