A friend of mine...on his second day of work at a job he really liked made a mistake he will never forget. The night of his first day he wanted to just go home, but it so happend that he already had a going away party scheduled for that night and couldn't. He went and had a great time. Feeling pretty relaxed, he finally started to come down from all the stress of starting a new job and had a little too much to drink. Well he found himself quite a bit hung over the next morning. Very dissapointed in himself and not wanting to make a bad impression at his new job he sucked it up and went in to work. Before he left, he took 3 Tylenols to make the pain go away and help him get through the day. Before long he started to feel very very groggy. It was then that he realized what he had done...he had taken 3 TYLENOL PM's! He spent the rest of the day fighting for all he was worth to keep his eyes open, his stomach in check and a smile on his face.

I sorta did this once too and took Nyquil. I had a few bottles of red liquid in the cabinet and you know how it is when you're sick...you don't think so clearly. I ended up going home at lunch because I couldn't keep my eyes open. I feel for this poor sap he couldn't go home from his second day!

I forgot to say that to counter act the tylenol pm he started chugging coffee and started seeing trails on everything when it moved (like his arm, papers, people...) I saw him this weekend and he reminded me of this fact. =) HA!
