Why can't you be more like pyschoboy?

Where I used to work, a creepy guy was hired. We realized he was a few sandwiches short of a picnic when we started to notice he was spying on people. You would come back to your desk to find your papers rummaged through, your mouse sticky or a pop can that wasn't yours sitting next to your keyboard. And one time, shortly after he started, someone fixing his computer found a file on it where he had listed our names and had documented anything we did that he considered "slacking off". He would also say really weird things, and once I walked up to the printer to hear him talking about his gun collection and the AK47 he kept in his apartment. If you met this guy, you'd know he wasn't kidding.

All this was apparently overlooked by our boss. Our entire department was floored when one day we were called into a meeting and were told that this individual was an outstanding employee and that we should all strive to be more like him! UGH! Come on!
